I open it up and the tab pops up that says "starting instagram" and it never opens up. How can I fix this?

If the program fails to open, check and see if it isn't blocked by Windows Firewall or any other third party firewall. Even if you could open it before, after installing some programs, the settings might be changed. If this isn't your case, make sure that you are using the latest version of the application. It might encounter an internal error. Also, it might be a good idea to perform a fresh installation of Ninjagram.
